Additional Meeting Papers Published for Extraordinary Meeting
Trowell Parish Council has today published the Clerk’s Report relating to Planning Application 26/00427/FUL – Land East of 256–280 Stapleford Road, Trowell, in advance of the Extraordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on Friday 31 July 2026 at 7.00pm.
The report has been prepared to provide Members of the Council and members of the public with a factual summary of the planning application, the supporting documentation submitted by the applicant and the relevant planning considerations.
The report is provided for information only. It does not represent the Parish Council’s consultation response or a recommendation. The Council’s formal consultation response will be determined by Members at the Extraordinary Meeting following consideration of the planning application, the comments made during the Public Forum and all relevant material planning considerations.

The Extraordinary Meeting will take place at 7.00pm on Friday 31 July 2026 in the Main Hall at Trowell Parish Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
