Trowell Parish Council is exploring the creation of a Youth Council for young people aged 11-18.

We want to hear directly from young people in the village to understand their ideas, interests, and how they would like to get involved.

What is a Youth Council?

A Youth Council gives young people the opportunity to:

  • Represent the views of young people in Trowell

  • Share ideas and influence local decisions

  • Get involved in community projects

  • Develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills

We are currently gathering interest and shaping what a Youth Council in Trowell could look like.

Young people are invited to:

  • Attend the Annual Parish Meeting

  • Get in touch to express interest
