PLANNING APPLICATION – RESIDENT REMINDER

 

Trowell Parish Council would like to remind residents that the consultation period for the above planning application remains open until 13 August 2026.

 

Following the Parish Council meeting held on 31 July 2026, the Parish Council contacted the case officer at Broxtowe Borough Council to seek clarification regarding the consultation period.

The case officer subsequently confirmed that a site notice had been displayed near the application site and that this allows comments to be submitted until 13 August 2026.

 

Residents who wish to make representations are therefore encouraged to submit their comments directly to Broxtowe Borough Council, as the Local Planning Authority.

 

For residents who do not have access to the online planning portal, Planning Representation Forms are available from the Trowell Parish Council Office. Completed forms may be returned to the Parish Office and we will forward them to Broxtowe Borough Council on your behalf, exactly as submitted.

 

The Parish Council has already submitted its own formal consultation response to Broxtowe Borough Council.

 

We would encourage residents who wish to comment on the application to do so.
