Damage to Canal Footpaths in Trowell

We’ve received reports of off-road bikes causing damage to the footpaths along the top canal in Trowell. The paths are being churned up and damaged, making them difficult and unsafe for walkers, cyclists, families, and other users.

If you witness illegal off-road bike use, please report it to Nottinghamshire Police.

• Location
• Time and date
• Description of the bike/rider
• Direction of travel
• Registration number if visible
• Photos or video if safe to take

• 101 for non-emergencies
• 999 if it is happening at the time and poses immediate danger
