Celebrating 20 Years of Service
Last night marked the final meeting for Cllr Cynth McGann after an incredible 20 years of dedicated service to Trowell Parish Council.
Since joining the Council in 2006, Cynth has given her time, energy and commitment not only to the Council, but to the wider community. She has been a constant and valued presence through many years of change, always offering support, guidance and experience.
Cynth has also played an active role in community life beyond meetings, supporting local events and initiatives whenever she could.
Although she is stepping down as a councillor, we are pleased that Cynth will remain involved in the community, including at the Community Hub and Community Connect sessions.
As a lasting recognition of her service, the room previously known as Meeting Room 3 at the Parish Hall has been renamed The Cynth McGann Room.
On behalf of the Council and the community, we thank Cynth for everything she has given over the past 20 years and wish her all the very best for the future.
