 Celebrate Our Local Heroes! 

Join us at the Broxtowe Voluntary Awards 2025 on March 22nd at Beeston Youth and Community Centre! 

This special evening is dedicated to recognizing and honouring the incredible volunteers who make our community a better place. Enjoy an awards presentation, music, and a three-course meal as we celebrate the outstanding contributions of our local heroes. 

Nominations are now open! Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized for their hard work and dedication? Nominate them for one of our eight award categories:

  • Lifetime Achievement Volunteer Award
  • Youth Work Award
  • Young Volunteer Award (under 18)
  • Community Hero Award
  • Culture and Heritage Award
  • Sporting Volunteer Award
  • Green Futures Award
  • Benefitting Broxtowe Award (overall winner)

Nominations close on February 14, 2025. Don’t miss the chance to shine a spotlight on those who make a real difference in our community! 

Proceeds from the event will support the Mayor’s chosen charity, The Helpful Bureau, which helps people live safely and independently in their homes.
