A landlord operating a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) in Watnall has been prosecuted by Broxtowe Borough Council. Following tenant complaints and inspections, the landlord was found guilty of multiple offences, including failing to comply with legal notices and safety regulations. The landlord has been fined and ordered to pay costs.
