Trowell Parish Council Communication Reminder

Trowell Parish Council would like to remind residents that the Council can only formally consider and respond to matters raised through its official communication channels.

To ensure that issues can be properly recorded, investigated and resolved, residents should contact the Clerk directly or raise items through the appropriate procedures at Council meetings.

The Council does not monitor or act upon issues raised via social media platforms, and matters raised in this way cannot be formally progressed.

The Council remains committed to responding to matters raised by residents and continues to address issues proactively. However, where concerns are not reported through the correct channels, the Council is unable to take action.
