Public Notice – Trowell Parish Council 2025 Annual Parish Meeting

Every year, in every Parish, the Local Parish Council is required, by law to hold a “Parish Meeting”. Whilst the Parish Council arranges this meeting and provides reports upon Parish matters, it is not a meeting of the Parish Council. It is, specifically, a meeting for Parish Residents to bring up matters, raise any questions or put forward ideas and proposals, in relation to the Parish.
This year’s meeting will be held on Tuesday 20th May 2025, at Trowell Parish Hall, Stapleford Road, Trowell commencing at 7pm.
This year’s meeting will be chaired by the Chair of the Parish Council, Cllr Michelle Harvey.
The agenda for this meeting will be as follows.
1. Welcome.
2. Apologies for absence.
3. To consider adopting, as a true and accurate record, the Minutes of the 2024 Annual Parish Meeting held on Tuesday 30th April 2024.
4. Annual Chairs report for 2024/2025.
5. Financial report for 2024/2025.
6. Matters raised by Parish Residents. Open Forum.
7. Closure of meeting. Thanks to Participants.
