The calendar below shows availability for the Parish Hall. Please check whether the hall is available on your preferred date and time, then complete the booking form below or email the Parish Clerk with full details of your proposed booking.
Please note: the calendar shows confirmed bookings only. A booking is added to the calendar once payment has been received and all required paperwork has been returned to the office. This avoids provisional bookings being added and removed.
If a date or time appears unavailable, it has already been reserved, even if no booking details are visible. All availability is confirmed by the Clerk at the time of booking.
Due to a limitation within Microsoft 365, the published calendar displays bookings up to 12 months in advance only. Bookings further in the future will automatically appear once they fall within that period.
The Clerk will contact you to confirm details, take you through the Terms & Conditions of Hire, and arrange payment.

Where multiple rooms are hired at the same time, a discounted rate may be applied.
Please note that for large events, private functions, or bookings that may involve additional cleaning, setup, or increased wear to the hall, the hire charge may be reviewed and adjusted at the Clerk’s discretion. A refundable cleaning or damage deposit may also be requested where appropriate.
All hire charges and any applicable discounts or deposits will be confirmed at the time of booking.
