Community Litter Pick – Sunday 14 June

Residents are invited to take part in a Community Litter Pick taking place on Sunday 14 June as part of The Great Big Green Week.

This community initiative, organised by St Helen’s Church, offers an opportunity for residents to come together and help keep Trowell clean, tidy and welcoming for everyone.

Participants are invited to meet at St Helen’s Church at 12 noon. Litter pickers and bags will be available, although residents are welcome to bring their own equipment if preferred. Those who would rather litter pick closer to home are also encouraged to take part in their own area of the village.

Community events such as this play an important role in helping to maintain local pride and create a cleaner, greener environment for residents and visitors alike.

The Parish Council is pleased to support and promote initiatives that encourage community involvement and help enhance the village for everyone.

We encourage residents to take part if they are able and to help spread the word amongst family, friends and neighbours.
