Housing’s Garden Competition 2026 is now open

Broxtowe Borough Council is inviting tenants, leaseholders and shared owners to enter the Housing’s Garden Competition 2026 and showcase the creativity, colour and care they bring to their outdoor spaces.

The competition celebrates gardening across the borough and includes categories for:

• House Garden
• Flat Garden
• Pots / Hanging Baskets
• Independent Living Communal Garden
• Eco Garden

There are prizes available for winners and runners-up in each category, including:

• £50 or £25 garden vouchers
  or
• Afternoon Tea experiences

Applications close on 31 May 2026, with judging taking place between Monday 22 June and Friday 3 July 2026.
