    This notice is regarding Planning Application 22/00892/FUL – Change of use of land to animal sanctuary with 27 guest cabins, reception/spa/retreat/education centre, ancillary restaurant building and animal houses/enclosures, creation of new access and car parking inducing landscaping.   Due to the scale/complexity of the proposal, new documents may be submitted during the course of the assessment of the application and as a result be uploaded to the Broxtowe Website. Whilst the consultation period has finished, anyone can comment on the application until the application has been determined.
