Scams Awareness

The Scams Awareness service is free and available to anyone aged 50+  living on the City and County of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

We understand that there is an increase in scammers contacting people in relation to energy scams and cost of living scams. We offer a service that provides help, advice and guidance on how to spot these and many other scams, and how we can all keep ourselves safe.

 

We can support those wishing to know more about how to identify and protect themselves from scammers, those who have had near misses or those who have unfortunately, been scammed.

 

Delivery is via group talks and presentations or 1-2-1’s, which can be online, over the telephone or via a home visit.
